After completing an intensive, families have more insight into stuck patterns and leave with tools to help prevent them from reaching the brink again. The heightened focus in our sessions helps you accomplish what is not readily available in once per week sessions. Our intensives are a combination of intensive therapeutic intervention with a
co-therapy team, expert consultation, and tailored treatment with an experiential communications coach. In this multimodal approach, we are able to resolve chronic individual and relationship problems and initiate breakthroughs that might otherwise never occur. Such breakthroughs, rarely seen in traditional counseling, are quite common in our approach.

Back From The Brink--3 Day Intensive

Our most popular intensive, the 18-hour Back from the Brink program helps families create lasting changes in response to serious emotional distress. It is designed for families with long standing issues and chronic conflict. Families who benefit most from this intensive feel incompatible with one another and are experiencing high levels of distress. In this format, we address the core issues and underlying causes of unhealthy behavior. The progress you make with your co-therapy team is supported by specific recommendations during an added session with a team of relationship experts. You also receive time with one of our communication coaches who assists you in resolving issues through exercises and activities designed specifically for your family.

We recommend that you complete this program over 3 consecutive days when possible. An alternative would be to complete the program within a 7-day period. Many families achieve their goals in less than 18 hours. After your intensive, we will tailor on a follow-up program to include traditional sessions design to meet your families specific needs. Follow-up appointments are designed to solidify the changes you've made throughout your intensive. The cost for this program is $4200.

Repair And Renew--4 Week Intensive

 

Repair and Renew is a highly-focused service for families who are committed to making positive changes. Many people find it difficult to be truly happy if their family is in distress. The 4-week Repair and Renew program (Each session is 3 hours) is designed to in help families create lasting solutions to serious and long-standing problems.

Families who benefit most from Repair and Renew are committed to working on family relationships to the point that problem behaviors are no longer necessary. Families are able to work through the struggles that continue to diminish their quality of family life. With the assistance of team of family therapists, you spend part of this intensive solving problems and resolving issues that have become problematic. With the added support of a communications coach and a team consultation, you can achieve what you believed was no longer possible. After your intensive, we will tailor on a follow-up program to include traditional sessions design to meet your families specific needs. Follow-up appointments are designed to solidify the changes you've made throughout your intensive.

Traditional Hourly Sessions

Some clients want our services without the intensive format. They prefer the traditional, one-hour-a-week model of therapy. Families on the Brink was created as an alternative to this traditional model, allowing people willing to work for changes to move efficiently to resolution of their crucial issues. But some clients want access to the exceptional capabilities of our therapists without the intensive context. Hourly sessions are available for as low as $225/hour. Fees can be adjusted for demonstrated financial need.
